Location:
Work in the recently developed Boxwood area in our newly constructed showroom/building
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting their design choices
Educate customers on different product lines
Attract and maintain customers through exceptional customer service, with correspondence via phone, email, and in person.
Complete estimates based on construction drawings or other detailed drawings
Issue accurate sales orders and review fine details with customers
Prepare files for templates, manufacturing, and installations
Issue invoices
Maintain showroom displays, order samples and literature as needed, contribute to the management of inventory
Assist in other general administrative duties
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales role
Knowledge or background in related or similar industry is an asset (but willing to train for the right candidate)
Have a strong attention to detail
Microsoft Excel Experience required (or willingness to learn prior to start of position)
Be able to lift 35+ lbs
Superior organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work alongside collaboratively with our awesome team members
Be self-directed
Reliable transportation to and from work
First Aid – Level 1 (or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment)
