Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at BeautéSync Inc., your primary focus will be sales (both online and in-store). You will play a key role in driving revenue by actively advertising, engaging with customers, introducing products, and closing sales. Additionally, you will assist in managing showroom operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, introduce products, and address inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Fulfill orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and assist with both in-store and online purchases.
- Maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring all displays are clean, attractive, and properly tagged with prices.
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales and after-sales service in person and via telephone.
- Support customers with product pick-ups and provide hands-on assistance as needed.
- Assist in providing measurement information for e-commerce team.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and consistency between records and actual inventory.
- Complete daily sales/ cash reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining an organized and presentable showroom.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to post ads online and use Excel for operation-related logistics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a plus (training will be provided).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Design experience is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
