Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of business development, account management, and customer service skills to successfully navigate the B2B sales landscape. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs.
