Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be educating customers on HVAC equipment and energy efficient alternatives. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. This is a high commission only role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales.
- Must have a vehicle.
- Willing to commute.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
