Position Summary
Surface West is a Canadian company with its head office in Calgary Alberta. Surface West manufactures, specializes in Commercial Renovations. We install Corian, Meganite, Hi-Macs, Cabinetry and other millwork and solid surface products.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding and promoting our products, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
MILLWORK AND SOLID SURFACE KNOWLEDGE A MUST
Skills
- Identify sales opportunities within client portfolio.
- 2 – 5 years of sales experience
- Basic computer skills with experience using base programs
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Effective selling/follow up skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals independently
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to travel to local clients daily & be available to travel & work occasional evenings & weekends
- Must keep maticulous sales records
- Act as the Company representative with professionalism
- Possess a clear valid Driver’s License and criminal record check
- Must have own vehicle
- Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
