About the Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for working directly with pharmacies and long-term care facilities to drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
The successful applicant will:
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at pharmacies and long-term care facilities to develop sales in your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a “best-in-class” experience for all clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets, contributing to overall company growth.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- A post-secondary degree, preferably related to business or a similar field.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written). Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within your assigned territory.
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to sell technology solutions.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus but not required.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to actively listen, engage customers, and build lasting relationships.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and self-motivation to independently achieve sales goals.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving company objectives.
- Customer service-focused with a dedication to providing a high level of service and addressing client needs.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently meet targets and deadlines.
