About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role involves meeting with pre-qualified, warm appointments—no cold calling or door knocking—and helping homeowners find the perfect permanent LED lighting solutions for their property. You'll be the face of our company, providing custom lighting consultations and closing deals on the spot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to scheduled in-home appointments provided by our team (no cold leads)
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess customers’ lighting needs
- Present and demonstrate permanent LED lighting products and solutions
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Prepare and close sales agreements on-site
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and referrals
- Maintain detailed records of appointments and sales using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience (in-home or face-to-face preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently present and close deals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Must be able to work a consistent 5-day, 40-hour workweek
