Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our campaigns and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Represent our NGO and hospital partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage potential supporters, clearly communicating the mission and impact of our charity partners.
- Build meaningful connections with community members to encourage long-term donor relationships.
- Contribute to donor acquisition targets by applying proven engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to campaign success.
- Attend daily in-office briefings and training to stay informed and aligned with campaign goals.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but not required — full training is provided.
