At Custom Contracting Roofing & Exteriors, we specialize in rebate-backed upgrades like windows, doors, roofing, insulation, and HVAC systems — all of which are in high demand due to government incentives across Ontario. We’re expanding quickly and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our field team and start making real money — fast.
This role is ideal for those who are driven, coachable, and want flexible hours while developing a high-income career path.
Responsibilities:
- Attend qualified sales appointments provided by the company
- Present rebate-eligible home improvement products to homeowners
- Use our proven pitch process and CRM system to close deals
- Submit contracts and communicate with operations to ensure smooth installations
- Generate some of your own leads through referrals or local networking
- Follow a performance track toward Team Lead or Sales Manager roles
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable working commission-only (with weekly pay plus bonuses)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle and willing to travel to appointments
- Previous experience in home improvement, solar, alarms, or telecom sales is an asset (but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
