About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across Alberta. This role involves building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and liquor stores while sharing a passion for high-quality, locally crafted beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls and cold visits to potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately track sales visits and interactions in CRM software.
- Support the execution of sales and brand strategies.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to planning initiatives.
- Represent the product with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B or beverage sales).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive selling.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Passion for craft beverages is a strong asset.
- ProServe certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (travel required).
Working Environment
- Regular travel, including long periods of driving.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg/55lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noisy environments.
