Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Manager – Skincare Brand
You will be responsible for increasing revenue, building a strategic sales plan, and executing marketing campaigns that lead to conversions.
✅ Ideal Skills & Background:
- Experience in beauty/skincare or cosmetics
- Strong digital marketing skills (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, email, E-commerce)
- Knows how to build high-converting funnels (ads → landing page → checkout)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Can analyze data and scale what works
- Understands influencer & affiliate partnerships
- Create partnerships and increase our community
- Has built or scaled brands with measurable growth
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and lead campaigns to increase online sales
- Increasing our community and bringing ideas
- Create & optimize ads and content strategies
- Manage email flows and customer retention
- Build partnerships with influencers and creators
- Launch promotions and product drops
- Track results and constantly improve
