As we expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, strengthen our market position, and support our mission of advancing health through innovative medical technologies.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping the direction and success of the company’s sales initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing and mentoring the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building lasting customer relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Manager will work cross-functionally to align sales goals with broader organizational objectives and ensure the effective promotion of BIOFLEX® products in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with company growth targets, including forecasting, territory planning, and sales budgeting.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate individual and team performance goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team through continuous coaching and development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and ensure consistency between marketing and sales messaging.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare executive-level reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of BIOFLEX® products, market trends, and customer pain points to position our solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales quoting platforms (e.g., QuoteWerks) for tracking pipeline activity and opportunities.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Represent Meditech International Inc. at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the healthcare, B2B, or medical device sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience designing and managing incentive programs and team performance plans.
- Strong background in customer relationship management and sales operations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
