Carleton Place has been a hub of the local towns for two centuries and is in a big growth spurt right now that shows no signs of letting up. We represent Carleton Place, Almonte, Beckwith and roughly 100km circle around us including Pakenham, Franktown, Flower Station, Ompah - you got it - huge trading area and Kanata/Stittsville are 20 minutes away.
66% of what we do is a Silverado or Sierra so being familiar with trucks and Fresh Air Families is very important. Our customers are better than the rest, they work hard, play hard and expect to look you in the eye and make a deal.
In this role, you will help manage the floor, help train additional sales staff, help with marketing, back up F&I when necessary, you will be very busy!
The preferred candidate has graduated from Community College with a Business Diploma, has sold cars at least two years and done F&I at least two years. To complement our team, we are looking for a MANAGER with sales skills.
Good salary plus bonus and company vehicle. 5 day work week, will need you to work two evening shifts a week and every second Saturday - you will get a Friday off in lieu.
