Overview
We are seeking six motivated and dynamic people to join our team as Lead Generators and Training Associates. We are currently taking on long-term, money motivated, career focused individuals; Short-term, casuals need not apply. Applicants must conduct themselves to strict, high performance standards and be willing to work evenings and some Saturdays.
Duties
- Drive to customer’s houses for appointments.
- Knock on doors to generate leads.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and in-person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and technology trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products.
- Being humorous in stressful situations is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
