Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in local neighborhoods to introduce Pink Car Spa’s mobile car detailing services.
- Engage potential customers in conversation, effectively communicating the benefits of on-site car detailing and available packages.
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying interested homeowners and car owners in need of detailing services.
- Collect customer information (name, phone number, service interest) and follow up to schedule appointments.
- Build strong relationships within the community by providing excellent customer service and representing the Pink Car Spa brand.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals to help grow the business.
- Track and report daily activities, leads generated, and progress toward targets.
- Collaborate with the detailing team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable engaging with potential customers and handling objections professionally.
- Sales and marketing experience – previous door-to-door, retail, or direct sales experience is a plus.
- Customer service experience – ability to build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and provide value-driven solutions.
- Motivated and self-driven – thrives in a results-based environment and enjoys working independently.
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality – energetic and personable, with the ability to represent the Pink Car Spa brand with enthusiasm.
- Reliable transportation – ability to travel to neighborhoods and meet customers where they are.
- Ability to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills to track leads and follow up effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
