We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve store sales goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee daily operations including merchandising, inventory management, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
- Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive traffic to the store.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks including bookkeeping and budgeting as necessary.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Experience in supervising teams with a focus on training & development.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions.
- Proficiency in merchandising, purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.
- Solid math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
