Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Technician/ Plant manger to join our our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while Technical advice on heating and related products to our customers, ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our clients. We manufacture of hot water tanks and heat exchanger.
Duties
- Mainly Inside sales, order processing and co-operation assistant in plant operation as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries.
- Schedule production priorities and shipments.
- Ordering parts and supplies when required. Record Keeping.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Supervisor for plant.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in various environments.
Experience
- Previous experience in a technical service role or related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in the installation and repair processes is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
