This is a hybrid position in our Toronto office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.
Role Summary:As a Sales Development Representative at Patsnap, you are the driving force behind our new business development. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, showcasing our cutting-edge products and how they add value to businesses. Your insights and expertise will pave the way for meaningful relationships and successful sales initiatives.
What You'll be Doing:
- Engaging potential clients for lead generation via calls, emails, and social media
- Managing and tracking leads using sales tools and CRM systems
- Collaborating on strategic sales plans with the team
- Participating in product knowledge and sales technique training
- Monitoring industry trends for strategic outreach
- Aligning with marketing for effective outreach
What You've Done Before:
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, tech or IP sectors preferred
- Demonstrated effective communication and relationship building
- Professional use of CRM and sales automation tools
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 1-2 years in sales, focusing on lead generation and client outreach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
