Yarmouth Mazda is expanding and growing our Team! We are actively searching for a polished and professional Sales Consultant. Our passion is building strong relationships with our customers and our communities through exceptional customer service since 1932. We have a strong team of experienced leaders which includes an in-house sales trainer with more than 15 years of automotive sales experience and foster a fun and high-energy work culture.
Specific Duties / Requirements:
- Develop a clientele through prospecting
- Build relationships in the community
- Use social media to grow client base
- Learning and demonstrating product knowledge
- Greeting customers upon arrival at store
- Demo products to prospective customers
- Converting phone inquiries to leads
- Monitoring e-lead inquires and applications and responding appropriately and quickly
- Working with service staff to identify sales opportunities
- Following up with skill and diligence on all leads
- Working with sales managers and business managers to further all sales opportunities
- Entering all customer interactions into database
- Following up with customers after the sale
- Continuing training and upgrading sales skills & product knowledge
- Learning different sales techniques to sell either new or used vehicles
