Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, and enjoys being part of the magic behind our handmade chocolate creations.
Requirements:
- Must live within 25 km of our Stratford location.
- Strong people skills with proven experience serving the public.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when needed.
- A passion for creating a positive and memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
- Assist customers with purchases and share product knowledge.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Be actively involved in making chocolate delights and preparing sweet treats.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and product presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards.
