Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Should be able to lift 40lb+
- Must be friendly with dogs and customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with merchandising techniques and maintaining visual standards in a retail setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
