Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand vehicle features and benefits to match customer needs
- Guide customers through the car buying process from start to finish
- Conduct test drives and explain financing options
- Maintain follow-up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on inventory, promotions, and automotive trends
Experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and driven by results
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
