Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our business — visiting residential neighborhoods, engaging with potential clients, and providing accurate on-the-spot estimates for interlock and landscaping projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors, has a natural sales ability, and wants to be part of a company that values hard work and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door to engage potential customers in residential areas
- Discuss client needs and explain available interlock and landscaping solutions
- Measure properties and provide accurate on-site estimates
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Follow up with leads and manage a pipeline of potential customers
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project feasibility and timelines
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, quoting, and landscaping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to measure and assess job sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
