We are currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support across sales, marketing, customer service, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist sales team with preparing quotes, estimates, and client proposals
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and sales tracking in CRM or spreadsheets
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and provide product or service information
Marketing Support
- Help maintain and update website content and social media
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and creating print materials
- Respond to online inquiries and manage leads generated through marketing channels
Administrative Duties
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage files, data entry, office organization and some clerical work
- Keep reception, show homes and common areas clean and welcoming
- Order office supplies and assist with basic operational tasks
Other Tasks (as needed)
- Assist with pricing updates and interior design selections for clients
- Support special projects and events as required by the sales or operations team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales assistant, office admin, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools (CRM or project software experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Interest or experience in custom home construction is a bonus
