We have created an environment that allows great people to excel and are searching for a candidate for an Account Develop Manager - Inside Sales (80%) with a (20%) focus on administrative duties to join our Calgary Team.
This team member is responsible for hunting for new business…business development is the core focus of this role.
Managing a full sales cycle including developing a pipeline of business prospects, cold calling, creating proposals, following-up and closing results with a sense of urgency. Administrative duties include answering incoming calls, filing, reconciling, and various other office responsibilities.

Qualifications
· Post-Secondary Education
· Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
· Strong knowledge of computer skills
· Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
· CRM Experience
· Strong work ethic, persistence, dedication, and high integrity
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Must be self-motivated, organized, punctual and work with little supervision
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to build and develop professional relationships with customers
· Strong/Professional verbal communication skills
Annual Salary $45,000.00 + Commission
Total Compensation Range for the First Year is within the $60,000 to $70,000 range
