Position: Sales - Acquisition Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our membership sales efforts. This role is critical in promoting our detailing services, generating and nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, with a proven track record in a commission-based role, preferably within the automotive or related industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell membership subscriptions to new and existing clients, focusing on B2C acquisitions.
- Identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email, phone calls, networking, and in-person visits.
- Develop and deliver tailored pitches to address the unique needs and preferences of each customer, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Follow up on leads, converting them into sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets, tracking and reporting on outreach efforts and conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly, and coordinating with the Operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Support the sales team with B2B sales
- Manage and monitor the company's social media pages.
- Engage with customers on social media by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions about services, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Handle membership renewals and updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date membership information.
- Generate and analyze reports to trach member utilization, membership trends and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for upsells and effectively pitch them to customers.
- Manage billing process and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and promote services.
- Oversee the booking system to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Experience in a commission-based role with a focus on membership sales.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS excel and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Structure: Salary + Commission
