RMA Service Technician & Warehouse Associate
Job Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary electronics or related programs or equivalent credentials
- Basic computer skills, networking knowledge and Windows Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking management and strong self-motivated
- Written and oral English communication skills
- Must have a desire to learn new technologies
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of warehouse duty shipping and receiving as assigned by supervisor, for example, inventory management, generate shipping labels, accurately receive inbound products, pick, select and palletize products at organized and efficient ways, shrink wrap and load trailers utilizing powered equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts
- has at least 2 years warehouse experience and can operate forklift
- In charge of RMA/DOA operation process from initial stage till case closed
- Assemble repaired computer hardware
- Manage and update RMA & DOA systems
- System pre-configuration for project requirements
- Manage parts and tools, and written report back to HQ periodically
- NAS/NVR and all QNAP products’ RMA repair service and technical support (phone call, email, skype, etc.)
- Maintain and service our customers to ensure 100% customer’s satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Assist Logistic department
- Provide daily and weekly reports to management as directed, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
