We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our go-to-market processes and ensuring seamless alignment between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Your core mission will be to drive operational efficiency, leverage data to support strategic decision-making, and help build the infrastructure that powers scalable revenue growth.
About Us:
YuJa is a leader in cloud platforms and applications for regulated sector clients, including higher-ed, K12, healthcare, and government. We enable enterprises to create engaging digital media experiences. We have legal headquarters in Delaware with primary U.S. offices in Silicon Valley, California, and Canadian offices in Toronto.
About the Role:
- Partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to streamline workflows, improve handoffs, and optimize the end-to-end revenue funnel.
- Managing and maintaining CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), workflows, and integrations to ensure system accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and cleanliness across platforms.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing dashboards and reports to track KPIs across pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings, and renewals.
- Supporting revenue forecasting through reliable pipeline analysis and modeling.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve operational bottlenecks, recommend process enhancements, and implement scalable solutions.
- Driving adoption and enablement of RevOps tools, including user support, training, and documentation.
- Partnering on the implementation and administration of go-to-market tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Contributing to strategic projects including territory design, comp plan modeling, and funnel analysis.
- Helping to define and enforce data governance and documentation best practices.
About You:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You bring 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, or related roles—preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- You are Salesforce-savvy and have deep familiarity with its features, objects, workflows, validation rules, and reporting tools.
- You’ve built and maintained Salesforce reports and dashboards, and you're confident using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze and visualize large datasets.
- You’ve worked with modern RevOps or Sales tech stacks (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
- You’re analytical by nature—you love building models, structuring data, and digging into the “why” behind performance trends.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and clearly present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- You’re process-minded and obsessed with making things work better and faster.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative without waiting for perfect instructions.
- You bring a growth mindset, are passionate about continuous learning, and stay current with the latest RevOps trends, tools, and best practices.
- You’re a collaborative teammate who enjoys building bridges across departments and rolling up your sleeves to make an impact.
