Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic IT & Revenue Operations Manager to lead internal technology initiatives, streamline business systems, and optimize the sales and customer experience process. This role is perfect for a systems thinker who enjoys solving business problems with technology, has an eye for automation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where IT intersects with sales strategy and operations.
You’ll report directly to the President and work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance. The position is onsite at our main office in Coquitlam as we work best as a team.
Key Responsibilities IT Systems & Infrastructure
- Evaluate, implement, and manage internal IT systems (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, etc.).
- Integrate various tools and platforms to streamline workflows and eliminate data silos.
- Oversee IT support services and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to IT infrastructure and services.
Revenue Operations
- Optimize the full revenue funnel, from lead generation through post-sale customer experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure sales performance, customer retention, and pipeline health.
- Identify process bottlenecks across departments and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine lead scoring, attribution models, and handoff processes.
Process & Automation
- Connect and automate systems (e.g., CRM to ERP, website to support systems) to improve data flow and reduce manual tasks.
- Implement workflows and automations that drive efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Build basic internal tools or scripts as needed (using APIs, Zapier, low-code platforms, or light coding).
Customer-Centric Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between technology and customer-facing teams.
- Understand and support the full sales lifecycle—from quoting to invoicing to after-sales support.
- Champion technology changes that enhance the customer journey and improve service delivery.
QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Spire ERPs, considered a strong asset
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Comfort with basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms).
- Business Acumen
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, IT Management, Business Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting sales and customer support teams with tools and process optimization.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
