We’re looking for a strong leader to supervise daily operations, support our team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our wine bar, cheese shop, and retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front-of-house staff
- Ensure high service standards and team accountability
- Manage inventory and product displays
- Conduct wine and cheese tastings
- Prepare cheese and charcuterie boards
- Maintain a clean, organized space
- Contribute to a positive, professional work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong wine knowledge (WSET a plus)
- Cheese experience is an asset
- Comfortable in both fast and slow-paced shifts
- Team-focused, open to feedback
- Must be 21+ and available evenings/weekends
- Reliable transportation recommended
