Position: Store Associate
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service – Actively engage with customers, offer assistance, and ensure they have an enjoyable claw machine experience.
- Maintain Product Stock – Regularly check and restock plush toys to ensure machines are always filled and well-organized.
- Operate the Membership System – Help customers register, redeem points, and learn about promotional offers.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness – Keep the store tidy and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist in Store Operations – Support daily operations, including inventory management, machine maintenance, and promotional event execution.

- Passionate about games and entertainment, and eager to work in an interactive retail environment.
- Responsible and proactive, able to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
- Team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues and create a fun work atmosphere.
- Flexible schedule, available for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide paid training!
