So, down to the nitty gritty, what is this long-winded Job posting for?
Our team needs somebody who loves variety in the workplace. Enjoys being around people, having fun, working hard, playing hard, and taking everything that mountain life has to offer. Somebody who enjoys chipping in where needed in a team environment and is willing to move out to Kananaskis Country and live in the area to enjoy a season with us.
Terms of Employment:
· Full time hours plus share of gratuity pool.
· Accommodation with private room and Wi-Fi is available at affordable rates.
Responsibilities will include:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain station cleanliness
- Prepare food for service while adhering to agreed upon standards
- Cook and present menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff in a timely fashion, while maintaining a high quality standard
- Answer, report to, and follow Executive or Sous Chef’s instructions
- Rotate and stock inventory appropriately according to business levels
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Be a team player! Be helpful and compassionate to your fellow team members.
Must Haves:
· · Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
· · Ability to work as a Team in a fast-paced environment
· · Physical ability to lift heavy objects
· · Strong communication skills
· · Reliable transportation to the Kananaskis Country Golf Course
