Job Description - Retail Sales Associate (Part Time):
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping them with tech-related needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring they have a great experience at SellPhone Lab.
Job responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store.
- Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
- Upsell services like screen repair, device protection plans, accessories, and more.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting or customer queries.
- Travel to other store locations when required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Class 5 driver’s license (required).
- Access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- Prior retail or sales experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
