Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at our Banff location, you will be the face of Lolë, offering exceptional service to customers while promoting our brand values. You will help create an inviting and inspiring retail experience, contribute to sales goals, and ensure the store reflects Lolë’s visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships
- Educate customers on Lolë products, fit, and brand philosophy
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in cashiering or POS systems is preferred.
- Passion for wellness, fashion, and an active lifestyle
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset, but not required
