Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Church's Chicken, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Church's Chicken standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and equipment.
- Implement promotional activities and suggest strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare reports on sales and financial performance as required.
