Duties

- Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes for food and supplies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems for order management, sales tracking, and reporting.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques for hiring new employees.
