Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for food, team management, and event coordination? We're seeking a working manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of restaurant operations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while also driving profitability and enhancing the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring staff and willing and able to jump into any position when needed as well as manage the banquet events.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Actively manage and support all kitchen staff during operation
- Actively manage and support all servers and bartenders during operation
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to maintain stock without overextending resources.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Work a consistent schedule :Tuesday to Saturday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm BUT must be available and flexible to come in early or stay late
- Coordinate with Front-of-house and events teams to plan and execute in-house events, private parties and special functions
Experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for food service and customer satisfaction is essential; culinary experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
