Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order management and cash handling.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding for new employees, ensuring the right fit for our team culture.
- Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations related to food handling.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial.
