Front of House Restaurant Manager - Zambri’s

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences, inspire and mentor a passionate team, and uphold the high standards that define Zambri’s.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring both new guests and regulars feel truly welcomed
- Oversee floor management, balancing the flow of service, guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue
- Provide leadership and mentorship, empowering the team to excel while holding them accountable to Zambri’s standards
- Manage cash-outs, scheduling, and inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work closely with General Manager, ownership and the culinary team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage the administrative portion of our Wholesale Program with client emails and invoicing
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant experience (with experience in a high-volume, casual fine dining environment)
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for hospitality
- Comfortable with technology: confident in Microsoft Office, Excel, POS programming, email, and troubleshooting technical issues
- A positive, professional, and motivating presence who thrives in a dynamic environment
Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - manage floor/dinner service to close
- Thursday: Administrative day
