We’re growing and looking for a Post-Construction Cleaning Supervisor who can guide our crews, ensure quality, and be the bridge between our team and our clients. If you take pride in detail, enjoy leading people, and want to help shape high standards in cleaning, this role is for you.
Job Overview
The Post-Construction Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cleaning teams on job sites, ensuring work is completed on time, on scope, and to the highest quality. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaning technicians on-site.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet high-quality standards, avoiding damages or scratches on appliances or windows.
- Ensure unit’s cleaning are executed under the planned timeline.
- Communicate with site supervisors and project managers to address requirements.
- Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed (dust removal, debris cleanup, window washing, power washing, etc.) leading by example.
- Maintain safety compliance and ensure team follows all health & safety protocols.
- Report daily progress and any site issues to management.
Requirements:
- Work Permit, sole proprietorship or Registered Business .
- Own Vehicle – must be able to travel between sites.
- Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a similar role.
- Experience with windows cleaning
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety protocols is a plus.
