Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, customer service, and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Conduct interviews and train new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
