Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Cutting/Chopping of Vegetables and Non-Veg.
- Keep kitchen/storage areas clean and organized according to health/safety procedures
- Work with various ingredients such as spices, vegetables and Non-Veg.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all dishes served.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards within the food industry.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen work is recommended
- Need to be punctual and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$23.53 per hour
