Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and methods across various trades.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
