What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform both exterior and interior window and gutter cleaning at residential properties
- Provide a friendly and professional experience for homeowners
- Collaborate with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and to high standards
- Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and using ladders or gear
- Cross-train in other services (e.g., painting or administrative work) during slower seasons
Compensation & Perks:
- Crew Members earn $21/project hour, with performance-based bonus pay
- Junior Crew Leads start at $24/project hour, with automatic bonuses for efficiency
- After 3 months, team members may transition to a salary + benefits structure and vehicle perks
- Extra incentives for positive client reviews, referrals, or help with local marketing initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ seasons of physical labor, trades, or service industry experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and handling equipment safely
- Bonus if you have safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights)
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and clear communication skills
- Must have access to a personal vehicle; Crew Leads require full-time vehicle access
