Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of commercial and residential properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Utilize tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to access high or difficult areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
- Assist in custodial duties as required, including cleaning other surfaces as part of facilities maintenance.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
Experience
- Previous window cleaning experience mandatory
- Have skills with both Squeegee & Water-Fed-Pole is an asset
- Strong communication & Problem Solving skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Skill Testing Interview
- Candidate must pass skills test in order to proceed as applicant in interview process
- The Candidate will show their proficiency and knowledge of window cleaning by demonstrating that they can clean a window in a timely fashion utilizing a squeegee, water-fed-pole or both.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125.00-$200.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
