Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Construction Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting residential construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of construction skills, basic construction knowledge, some knowledge with tools, site clean up.
Responsibilities
- Assist project manager with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean.
- Occasionally assist trades with minor tasks.
- Occasional small material pick up and deliveries to site of construction items.
Requirements
- Must have a vehicle, truck needed.
- Knowledge with hand tools and construction equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
