CRYSTAL PROPERTIES LTD. is looking for an energetic qualified candidate for a Resident Manager position of a residential apartment complex in South West Winnipeg. They will develop a strong sense of community in the building they manage acting as primary liaison between the tenants and head office. As an integral member of our team, they have a keen desire to take charge and accept full responsibility of the building and tenants under their management. The Building Management position is a live in position and is an opportunity for a someone to provide the day-to-day maintenance and management at one of our newer properties.
The Resident Manager is responsible to facilitate the efficient operation of the property, ensuring proper maintenance, tenant relations, investigating and resolving tenant concerns and issues.
Experience in leasing apartments is a must.
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure the building is well maintained.
· Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns
· Co-ordinate trades
· Showing apartments to potential renters
· Signing of Leases, delivering and collecting renewals
· Complete move-in and move-out condition reports
· Organize and file appropriate records
· Work as a team with the multiple staff members
Requirements:
· Qualified applicants should possess at least 2 years of managing a large apartment complex
· Strong Leasing Skills
· Customer service oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong time management and ability to multi-task
· Good computer skills
· Required to be on call
