En tant que Représentant - Ventes Internes, vous interagirez avec les clients existants, principalement par téléphone et par courriel, afin d'augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de la société en obtenant et en augmentant les commandes, en créant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur à l'expérience d'achat du client. Vous vous concentrerez sur les techniques de vente proactive afin d'accroître les affaires ou d'élargir le portefeuille de comptes actuels. Vous collaborerez avec les ventes externes pour vous assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.

Responsabilités:

  • Obtenir des commandes par courriel et par téléphone, vérifier et saisir les articles, transférer les commandes à l'exécution, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prévues.
  • Augmente les commandes en suggérant des articles connexes, en expliquant les caractéristiques et en vérifiant l'historique d'achat du client.
  • S'approprier, qualifier et développer les opportunités transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes et les comptes nationaux.
  • Identifie les moyens d'amélioration continue des processus.
  • Préparer, générer et assurer le suivi des devis verbaux ou écrits afin d'obtenir des commandes, ou déterminer la raison de la perte d'une commande.
  • Examiner les rapports sur les commandes en cours des clients et prendre des mesures concernant les articles en cours, y compris ceux qui risquent de ne pas respecter la date de livraison promise par le client.
  • Tenir à jour le rapport sur les commandes en souffrance du système de distribution, le rapport et les avis d'expédition des clients qui y sont associés, ainsi que les avis aux clients.
  • Signaler à la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix de la concurrence et les réactions des clients.

Qualifications:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; baccalauréat préféré
  • Connaissances et expérience requises dans le domaine de la vente et de l'administration des ventes ; encore en train d'acquérir des connaissances et des compétences de niveau supérieur, mais contributeur professionnel pleinement compétent et productif (2-4 ans).
  • Familiarité avec Microsoft Office, et capacité à effectuer des tâches informatiques de base.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Souci du détail.
  • Capacité à prospecter et à commercialiser des concepts auprès de comptes existants et potentiellement nouveaux.
  • Capacité à prendre des mesures et à résoudre une série de problèmes qui peuvent être difficiles mais qui ne sont généralement pas complexes.
  • Capacité à identifier et à définir les problèmes et les solutions possibles de manière indépendante ; à choisir parmi les solutions existantes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision générale.
  • Capacité à voyager jusqu'à 25 %.

As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
  • Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
  • Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
  • Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
  • Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working in team environment
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
  • Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex
  • Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details $26.73 - $33.41 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
