Note: Only apply if you have board level experience, repairing Electronics at the component level.
vResponsibilities:
- Diagnose, Estimate, Perform repairs, cleaning and maintenance on various Pro Audio, Lighting, Video, electronic equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems
- Utilize hand tools & small drills to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Interpret and follow schematics and technical diagrams when needed
- Must have a solid board level repair knowledge of components
- Conduct testing and quality control checks to ensure proper functionality
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software troubleshooting on Audio Sound Cards, DJ Controllers and any software related items.
- Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects in a timely manner
- Communicate with Suppliers, requesting pricing, part stock availability and information as needed to quote the repairs.
- Contact clients with repair estimates and keep work orders up to date as items progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong board level electronics knowledge
- Strong Soldering Skills
- A base knowledge of Pro Audio, Lighting, Video & Guitar Amp products
- Proficiency in low voltage electrical circuits
- Experience with software troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers and team members
