Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on a wide range of medical equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Move and transport heavy equipment as needed, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Be able to cover on sales floor when needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Customer service experience is highly valued, as building relationships with clients is essential.
- Computer skills would be beneficial.
- A valid driving license is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
